Refund & Exchange Policy

At Citryne, we strive to provide a seamless experience. Given the nature of digital products, including activation keys and access credentials, which are unique and non-recoverable once sent, our policy is as follows:

Non-Refundable: All sales of digital products and access credentials are considered final. Once the digital product or credential has been delivered to your email or via WhatsApp, it is considered “delivered” and cannot be returned or refunded.

Support: If you experience any technical difficulties accessing or using your product, please contact us immediately at hello@citryne.com. We are committed to ensuring your purchase works as intended and will assist you in resolving any access errors.

Exceptions: Refunds or replacements may be issued in the event that a digital product or credential is proven to be non-functional at the time of delivery, provided this is reported to us within 24 hours of purchase
